When you visit. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, counts visits without cookies and keeps standard server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you contact us. If you write to us, call, or use a form on this site, we receive what you choose to send. That can include your name, email address, phone number, approximate investable assets, what prompted you to reach out, how you heard of us, and your message.

When you book a time. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly receives the details you enter when you book, such as your name, email address and any answers you give, and may set its own cookies on its booking pages, including where they appear on this site.

When you are a client. If you answer one of our client check-ins, we receive your answers.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. This site is not directed to children.

We use what you send us to reply, to schedule and prepare for conversations, to provide our services if you become a client, to keep the records the law requires of us, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site and our practice: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our email and records provider, and Calendly (scheduling). Each is bound by its own confidentiality and security terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to our regulator.

As a registered investment adviser, we are required to keep certain communications and records for a period of years. Messages you send us may be kept for that reason.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it doesn't respond differently to that signal. Apart from Calendly's booking pages, as described above, no third party collects personal information about your activity across websites through this site.

You can ask to see, correct or update information you have sent us. Write to [email protected], call (559) 740-0548, or write to 204 North Floral Street, Suite A, Visalia, CA 93291. We may not be able to delete records the law requires us to keep.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect what you send us. Please don't send account numbers, Social Security numbers or financial documents through a website form or by email. If we need them, we will give you a secure way to send them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its new effective date.
